    Homemaker and companion services provide non-medical support to individuals who need help with daily tasks or would benefit from companionship. This includes assistance with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and friendly conversation.
  • Who can benefit from these services?
    Our services are ideal for seniors, individuals with disabilities, or anyone recovering from illness or surgery who needs help at home but does not require medical care.
  • Do you provide medical care?
    No, homemaker and companion services are non-medical. We do not provide hands-on personal care, administer medication, or perform any medical procedures. However, we can offer medication reminders and general wellness check-ins.
  • Are your services customizable?
    Yes! We tailor our services to meet each client’s specific needs and preferences. Whether you need a few hours a week or daily support, we’ll build a care plan that fits your lifestyle.
  • How are your caregivers screened?
    All caregivers undergo thorough background checks, drug screening, reference verification, and training.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept private pay and, once eligibility is determined, may also accept Medicaid waiver programs and other funding sources. Please contact us for more details on available payment options.
  • How do I get started with services?
    Simply contact us to schedule a free consultation. We’ll discuss your needs, answer any questions, and develop a personalized service plan.
  • Is there a minimum number of hours required?
    We offer flexible scheduling options with a minimum of a five hours per visit. Contact us to discuss what schedule works best for your needs.
  • What can I expect on the first visit?
    Your first visit is all about creating comfort and building trust. Your caregiver will arrive on time, introduce themselves, and go over your personalized care plan. They’ll help with agreed-upon tasks—whether that’s light cleaning, preparing a meal, or simply having a friendly conversation. It’s also a chance for you and your caregiver to get to know each other and ask any questions. Our goal is to make you feel supported, respected, and at ease from day one.
  • Will I always have the same caregiver?
    We understand how important consistency and trust are in building a strong caregiver-client relationship. Whenever possible, we strive to match each client with a regular caregiver based on personality, needs, and availability. In the event your caregiver is unavailable, we’ll notify you in advance and send another qualified team member who is fully briefed on your care preferences.
  • How do you match me with a caregiver?
    We take the time to get to know you—your needs, preferences, and personality. During our initial assessment , we ask detailed questions to understand what type of support you’re looking for and the kind of companion you’d feel most comfortable with. Based on this, we thoughtfully match you with a caregiver whose skills, availability, and personality are a great fit. And if for any reason the match doesn’t feel right, we’re happy to make adjustments until you’re completely comfortable.
  • What if I need to reschedule a visit?
    Life happens, and we get that! If you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, simply contact us as soon as possible—preferably with at least 24-hour notice. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new preferred time and ensure there’s no disruption to your care plan.
  • Can services be scheduled on weekends or holidays?
    Yes, we understand the importance of consistent care, so we offer flexible scheduling options that include weekends and holidays. Our team is available to ensure that your loved ones receive the care they need, regardless of the day or time.
